Imagine
I remember when this first aired. They didn't give credits because it was a tribute to the 9/11 victims.
I hadn't seen what Neil looked like in recent years. But the voice is distinctive. Now violins are used in opera, and they use their flexible tuning to follow the vocalist. But here, Young seems to purposely let the violins follow the piano's fixed tunning, and then he sings flat of that.
Here is someone who doesn't sing flat.
